We represent you on the web
Convergency Media is working closely with this small business owner to represent him on the web, providing content development, and Copy writing / Editing services. Many clients are not accustomed to writing for the web. Some don't have time to. Some don't like to. Some do not know what they want their web site to say. Some clients just prefer to let the experts handle it. That is what we are here for. As we make your web site, we'll get a feel for your business. Then we represent you with clear, concise text, that will impress potential clients, and attract search engines.

Web site Marketing in Action
In June of 2007, this web site (www.hoganbuilders.com)brought in 3 sales leads via its email form. Two of these prospective clients wanted homes built, and one a 2-car garage. If any one of these 3 leads makes a sale, then the profit would more than pay for this web site. The owner verified that he did not know these people and that they found him through the web site. Two more people emailed us through web site so far this summer, and both want houses built. That makes 5 leads so far (plus one in May), and the summer is not even over (8/9/07))!

They have got to find your web site!
When people search the web, you want them to find your site. This is where Convergency Media Solutions really comes through. We tend to spend more time with this aspect than web designers. We are not just designers; we are also programmers. Our sites are strong "under the hood". What good is a pretty web site that nobody finds on google? Why pay to make something pretty when no one will see it? We pride ourselves in SEO - Search Engine Optimization: Connecting our clients to their customers.

What's under the hood?
Technically speaking, we keep our sites lightweight, to attract search engines. This simple, accessible site has lightweight graphics and code under the hood featuring: CSS-Positioning, ASP 3.0, and PHP.
  • Fluid design- Unlike most new CSS-Positioning sites, its content stretches to accommodate any browser size: from the largest screen to the mobile phone.
  • Accessible- Proper CSS coding allows the visually impaired to adjust text size.

  • Content management at its simplest: Our latest CSS-positioning site seamlessly presents over 100 MS word documents (saved as HTML) in a content frame. The author can easily edit the over 600 pages in this site using MS Word.

Consulting for www.anides.com, we increased efficiency in page loading and updating in the "Special Offers" section of www.kia.com by:
  • Converting the HTML tables & images to CSS-Positioning code.
  • Creating CSS-Pos templates that format corresponding XML data.

  • Glendale Teacher's Association Website Snapshot

    It's a long story

Not every client requires a simple 3-5 page website. For some organizations, communication is the name of the game. Our latest (CSS-positioning) site seamlessly presents over 24 pages of custom content, and 35 pdf pages. Once again, we have provided a large custom site on a small budget.

We put the pieces together and filled in the holes with our content development service. It is nice when you do not have to tell your webmaster exactly what to write. Just give us a call. We know how to write it up, and where to put it on your web site.
